This project is a modern single-storey house by OnlySip built from energy-efficient SIP panels. The minimalist facade combines natural wooden cladding with deep accents, creating a stylish contrast and a cosy atmosphere. At the centre of the house is a spacious 18.90 m² kitchen-living room that provides a comfortable zone for everyday rest and receiving guests. Next to it is a 10.05 m² bedroom with convenient zoning for sleep and work. A 6.98 m² bathroom is designed for maximum functionality on a compact footprint. Large sliding windows lead to a wide terrace that adds space and creates an ideal place to relax in nature.

The clean rectangular shape of the house makes optimal use of the floor area and fits harmoniously into different landscapes.
