This project is a cosy house on the water by OnlySip built from modern, energy-efficient SIP panels. The minimalist facade, combined with wooden cladding and panoramic doors, creates an atmosphere of calm and natural harmony. Inside there is a bright 11.43 m² living room, ideal for relaxing with a view of the water. A compact kitchen and a separate 6.09 m² room provide a convenient layout even on a small footprint. A 1.97 m² bathroom makes the house fully self-contained and functional.
